Delivery time: 1-5 Working days.



Terms of delivery: We send all parcels by DHL (1-2 days) within Sweden and by UPS (2-5 days) 

to the rest of the world.



Return policy: Our ambition is to guarantee your full satisfaction. If, for some reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may exercise your right to return the products within 14 working days from the date on which you received the products purchased on www.piawallen.se. The products must be received by Pia Wallén AB within 30 working days from the date of their receipt. Shipping costs for the delivery of the purchased products shall not be refunded. Shipping cost for returned orders will be charged to you and you will be responsible for any loss or damage on the products. Use the return form enclosed with the parcel. 

After Pia Wallén AB has received the returned products and checked the conformity of the products with all requirements, you will receive the relevant notice of acceptance of the returned products by e-mail. 

Time required for writing back or returning the sums you paid for purchasing the products depends on the credit/debit card, but it normally it appears on the account after two bank days.





Confidentiality: According to the Swedish law dated 24 of October 1998 on personal data"Personuppgiftslagen", you have the right to inspect and correct the data we keep concerning you. This data will not be communicated to any outside organization for any purpose.
